I love me some caramel apples.

I met A.J. Wolfe on a press trip to Walt Disney World last year. We had lunch together at Kouzzina (and if I was dropping names I’d mention that Cat Cora was there, but I’m not the type to do that. That would just be crass.)

Anyway, A.J. is the wordsmith behind the Disney Food Blog. And everyone knows one of the best things about going to Walt Disney World is the food. A.J. is totally on top of this. I always enjoy her writing. But this morning I read a recent blog entry she wrote about new caramel apples at WDW.

A.J., you’re killing me. I love caramel apples, and this is blowing my mind. I can’t get to Walt Disney World right now, so I’m stuck fantasizing about these amazing looking caramel apples.

Seriously… Chocolate/Oreo caramel apple?

*wipes sweat from brow*

White chocolate apple pie apple. A.J. says: “Apples are coated in caramel, then white chocolate, then cinnamon-sugar. After that, it looks like they’ve been dipped in some sort of crumbled pie crust.”

Excuse me… I need a moment.

Chocolate caramel crispy apple. Smash a caramel apple together with a Rice Krispy treat and… Oh my.

*Takes a long drag off a cigarette*

And I don’t even smoke.
