Real early in the morning I woke up and went outside onto our balcony.
There were only two Ankole cattle out there on the savanna. I found their actions quite amusing. One kept scratching itself with other body parts, including it’s leg, it’s tail and of course, it’s horns. And at the same time the other one peed.
While I sat and watched them, I ate an apple. Soon enough I went inside since it was a little chilly (for Florida.) I got dressed into my “Disney gear” and then went outside one final time before we left for Epcot.
We found a shortcut to not walk and walk and walk. Turns out there is an elevator right next to our room that went down to the parking garage. We took the elevator down to the parking lot so our friends could pick us up to drive us to Epcot. We all crammed ourselves into the car and drove for a little while until we were in Epcot. Our friends, Steven and Judy, me, my mom and dad sat on a bench once we got out of the car and entered the theme park. We sat down because we were going to meet up with my relatives. I spotted Daisy Duck standing a couple feet away from us. My mom and I decided we would get her autograph, so we did.
And then we saw Stitch so we got his autograph.
By the time we got back to our bench, we decided to head to Spaceship Earth. So we started to head towards it when we ran into my uncle Barry, aunt Chris and my two cousins that are my age. These were the relatives I was meeting up with. I was overjoyed. I hugged them and hugged them. We still headed Spaceship Earth though. The vehicles were meant for two, but me and my cousins Maddie and Emma all went in one.
It takes a picture of two people’s faces, but since there were three of us, me and Maddie squished our faces together so the picture would be both of us. In the end the picture ended up being Maddie’s whole face and my eye and ear.
Since that current day was the Food and Wine Festival, we headed to a food stand. Food and Wine Festival is when there are many food stands set up and each one represents a different country. So the food stand we went to first was Greece. My mom and I were the only ones who got something at the Greece food stand. I got fried cheese while my mom got some chicken thing with an unbelievably weird name that I forgot. While my mom and I were in Greece, my dad was in Canada. I don’t know what others did. I ate my fried cheese and then we were off to try different foods.
My dad stopped at a number of stands while everyone else did just one.
I did one and it was obviously Greece. After walking through Food and Wine, our group entered the Living Seas With Nemo and Friends. That’s a place with a whole bunch of aquariums, rides, etc. Well, there wasn’t a whole bunch of rides, just one. And we rode it. Again, I rode with Maddie and Emma. Next we went to Turtle Talk With Crush. That’s where you ask questions of the character Crush from the movie “Finding Nemo.” He will appear on the screen an answer your question. Crush wouldn’t stop staring at Emma. She found it a little uncomfortable and disturbing.
Later, our group trotted over to Agent P’s World Showcase. That is when Cast Members give you a special type of cell phone and then Major Monogram and Karl appear on the screen and tell you where to go and certain things happen. Each World Showcase country has it’s own mission. We did the one in China. After our mission was completed, me, my mom and dad, Steven and Judy headed to a Mexican restaurant for lunch. While the others went and road Soarin’. We all met up in the Mexican place and then traveled around half the World Showcase. We stopped traveling once we reached Germany.
Since I had it stored in my fanny pack, I used a Hidden Mickey book to find Hidden Mickeys. I found only two but they were hard to find. We kind of sat around in Germany for no reason for a while. But then it was time to go. My mom, dad and I had a “Mousejunkies” meet to go to.
We rode a boat to the other side of the park while I waved goodbye to my aunt, uncle and cousins. Steven and Judy took us back to our hotel in their car. We relaxed in our room for a little bit until it was time to go to another hotel, because there is a restaurant there. The restaurant is where the “Mousejunkies” meet was being held that night. As soon as it was time, my mom, dad and I all headed down to the bus stop to board. We were waiting for the Magic Kingdom bus, and once we got to the Magic Kingdom we would take a boat to the restaurant/hotel. And As soon as our bus arrived that is exactly what happend. The restaurant was named Whispering Canyon. Finally we met our “Mousejunkies” group.
If you ever go there do not order ketchup – they bring you every single bottle of ketchup they have.
My mom ate so much she threw up on the boat ride back home.
We got back to our hotel room at midnight. Everyone was exhausted. Guess who is sleeping in the next morning?
